GRAPHIC DESIGN AND LOGO COMPETITION

The project "THE ART OF INCLUSION" is promoted by the Associazione Centro Orientamento Educativo (COE), an Italian NGO and co-financed by the European Union. As part of the promotion of the said project, the committee in charge of the coordination and implementation of the project in Cameroon is organizing a competition for the graphic design of the project's presentation medium and its logo. The competition is open to all students of the Libre Académie des Beaux-Arts (LABA) of Douala and the Institut de Formation Artistique (IFA) of Mbalmayo.

Participants must create:

Graphic characteristics of the communication support: to be proposed.

Participants must send their project as a digital file (PDF format) to the following addresses: [email protected] - [email protected] - [email protected] no later than 1 p.m. on 7 May 2021.
The author of the winning proposal will receive a sum of 65,000 FCFA (sixty-five thousand francs) and his or her proposal will be adopted as the official presentation leaflet and logo of the ADI project. The winner undertakes to make available the appropriate source files (images, fonts, etc.). Touch-ups and additions may be made. Any student who submits a project for this competition certifies and guarantees that he/she is the sole and exclusive author of the project and that it does not directly or indirectly violate any third-party rights (candidates must ensure that the images used for their project are entirely free of rights). In the event of borrowing from a pre-existing work, the candidate undertakes to have received prior authorization from the author or the rights holders of the work concerned. The students whose projects are submitted authorize the use of their name and the publication of their photographic image and logos on any information leaflet (including Internet, Intranet and Extranet) published by the organizers.

Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these rules. A period of 3 (three) days after the announcement of the results of the competition is granted to candidates for written appeals in the event of fraud. Claims will be examined by the competition jury. Any winner found guilty of fraud will simply be eliminated from the competition or the prize will be withdrawn in favor of the author of the second-best project.
